SunnyStars Vegetable Garden!

Hello Again,

Here are some pictures from my vegetable garden

The big plant on the bottom is my artichoke plant.
The tall grassy plant in the middle is an onion plant.
I use the onion plant leaves as a flavoring for food! =)

This is a carrot that I'm growing for the seeds.

Here is that same artichoke plant.
I can't even begin to describe how much I love Artichokes with garlic butter.
I planted my artichokes last year so they should flower either this year or next!
I'm beyond excited!

Today I was only able to water once but since it's not that hot outside the dirt in my garden stayed moist. This is good! It means that my seeds and/or sprouts didn't dry out.

Here you can see one of my onion plants.
It's the tall grassy looking plant in the middle of this picture.

Today I picked some of the onion plant leaves and added them into my mashed potatoes. Yummy!


I can hardly wait to see the ground covered in little green vegetable sprouts!
